Underwhelmed by Obama's efforts

Is It just me or does it seem like when there is a problem President Obama is always pointing the finger at someone else. Granted BP is at fault for the oil spill. However why is our Commander in Chief doing nothing to fix the problem? Obama does P. R. photos to make it look like he is doing something. But the fact of the matter is the oil is still spilling the fish are still dying and the coastline is still being ruined.
